I'll be in Augusta proper when I move back there. I'm stationed at Ft. Gordon and got my eye on a place along Washington Road again. I'll have to trailer my Jeep out there as it'll be my DD once I get a set of road tires on it.

Master's student...until May, that is. After that: mental health therapist. And along with the diploma, with a little luck, my first Jeep.

Cool. I'm originally from Athens and went to school there. I took a job in Griffin but my gf is a senior at the vet school so I go back almost every weekend. I hope you get your jeep. I've seen a few around town for sale, just depends on what you're looking for.

What is a good source for maps of fire service roads and similar? I am new to off-roading and want to start gradual. Looking mainly for North Ga, Western NC, Eastern TN and Upstate SC. Thanks in advance

Hi! Yeah, that pic is a few years old in a shop here (or was here), they're out of business now. It's where I had my lift installed and they were checking the tire clearance for proper bumpstop set-up. Here's a more recent shot.
