I am in Augusta......Durahmtown and River Rock are some of our favorite spots. We have some forest service roads that we hit every once in a while but not often. If we are caught there, I believe it is a ticket altho it is a signed road.

When I was in Athens I wheeled at Tellico (before it closed), River Rock, and Beasley knob in Blairesville. There are some other places I want to check out; Aetna Mountain (East Tennessee), Morris Mountain (East Alabama), Amicalola/Cochran Falls (I think). Here's a thread on the last one I mentioned:

http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f163/...-falls-949481/

There are some other places like Gulches (South Carolina) and Durhamtown (Central Georgia).

PIB and Flat Rock are illegal riding areas and trespassing. Durhamtown is mild trails and mud, and river rock has everything from mild to wild, and you can take the bypasses and watch the big rigs. Beasely is dirt trails and a little rock, and hell when its wet. 93B is difficult.
Join GA Trail Riders for free and check out the list of all the places to ride in the Southeast.

We have a forest service road ride with creek and river crossings tomorrow, and a off road park ride on the 20th.

Some good places in Alex City. I used to live there a few years ago and we would go every weekend.

My buddies and I are going to Beasley Knob in Blairsville. Where you're at there are a couple spots: Morris Mountain and I can't recall the other.

Will do. As long as it doesn't rain a couple days before we should be good. I'm going to tackle 93B again. Last time I had just put my 8.8 in and it was open but But locked up front. I'm locked front and rear so I'm anxious.
