You are within driving distance of DC4wd. I bet for the price of the trip, you would REALLY make out.

he's in the vendors section to PM.

7-8 hrs one way isn't what I'd consider close.
There are some great shops in the Atlanta area. Most are going to be 1-2 hrs from Newnan.

I can recommend a friend who has a shop up in Blue Ridge, GA. (about a 2 hr drive). He is quite knowledgeable with Jeeps, reasonable, trustworthy, and all around good guy. PM me if you need more info. Welcome to GA. Join one of the local clubs to get out offroading more. I belong to a couple. You can ask me about those too.

Since i work for a dealer i talk to and know alot of the performance shops in the area, whether it be on road, off road, race, or whatever.
And after seeing this post and deciding to finally search for them, I spoke with them today about some parts for my ZJ and the customer service i got over the phone was top notch and helpful. I am excited for when i have some extra money(i hate xmas) and i can go visit them.

Good for you man, I hope you have as good of an experience as I did if not better! Great bunch of guys over there. They quoted me $200 for a headliner repair, only to find out that the header board was gone. Long story short they spent three days fabbing me up a new header board and repairing everything. They should have ended up charging me about $800 in just labor for all the time they had to spend on it, but since they quoted me $200, they only charged me $200. Now it looks absolutely perfect. Those guys have stayed till the AM's to get my work done on time for me. Ill never take my rig anywhere else. Danny, the owner is an awesome guy. Tell him that Mitch with the red XJ sent you their way

i know of at least one offroad shop (4wheelparts.com store) in the metro area; one by my work in norcross & one over near marietta. I've bought tires there but nothing more so I can't comment on their more complicated work

4570 Buford Hwy NW Norcross, GA 30071 Manager: Albert Boswell 770-840-0365
&
911 Cobb Parkway N Marietta, GA 30062 Manager: Lionel Phillips 770-427-9840

welcome to hotlanta
