Anyone here in GA with a motorcycle? Need help title issue

I bought a 05 Panterra 125 dual sport, I am the third owner of it and the only owner who wanted to register it well the first owner tossed out the MSO some number of years ago so i got a bill of sale and i am trying to register it, But without the MSO i can't just go register it, Now i was wondering if anyone knows how i might go about getting it registered without the MSO.....

BTW for people who don't know these bikes when bought new didn't come with titles they came with a MSO (Manufacturer Statement of Origin) and you didn't have to register it if it was only gonna be used off road but if you wanted to put a tag on it for road use all you had to do was go to the tag office with the MSO and they would give you a plate and send you a title for it.. This is the bike in the photo below.

Contact your county Tag/Tax office, they can walk you through the steps, will not be fast.

A bill of sale with the VIN number on it will get you a title and registration.

You may have to buy a title bond for about 100.00 from an insurance company .

I've done a boatload of cars and motorcycles here in Ga that way,if the bill of sale has the vin number on it,that usualy gets you a title..but if not..ask the local courthouse what local insurance company sells you "assurance" aka title bond, here in Jenkins county i pay 100.00 for it....with that you just walk in with it and they can register it under your name and if you pay the little extra you will receive a new title in the mail a few weeks later...Ga doesn't require a title to register a vehicle

Tell that to the lady at the local Effingham county tag office.... she kept saying no title or MSO no way.... I even had a VIN affidavit.. I was told by a retired Savannah PD officer to just go to Chatham county it will be easier to get the title there everyone keeps saying Effingham is the worst..
