Zj Who builds good quality rear bumper w/ tire carrier in SC???

I'm looking for a good quality rear bumper w/ tire carrier that mounts on the left side. I've found all the ones online, Kevin's OR, TAG, Hanson, TrailReady, etc.
I'm trying to support the local economy and I'm sure there is someone that has some bumper building experience or a shop that I am just not aware of?
That and it would save 100-200 in freight. $250 flat rate for my front bumper from CA...

Anybody have any info???

Thanks,
Jon currently in Afghanistan...

might check with CFS Off-Road in Columbia, They can build pretty much anything you want in house.
