Well turner hill is off of 153. If you go behind the gas station across the street from best Chevrolet then it's about a 1/4 mile on your left ya can't miss the trail entrance.

The rocks are also off 153 if your comin from 123 on 153 then you'll pass Powdersville first baptist and it'll be your first left and the road will dead end and the trail entrance will be on your left.

Adger, ill have to get more info on. I've been there I just couldn't tell ya how to actually get there. Ill get more soils info on it in the next few days.

Pickens and Greenville counties will write you a trespassing ticket in a heartbeat for driving on the power line roads. Just a word of warning.

I would suggest not adding that to any lists of trails on this forum.

Well I've pulled out of there in front of cops. And EcVETYONE I know goes up there. I've even talked to the guy across the street who owns that shop and he is the one who owns the land. He has pulled me outta the mud hole on the road there with his John Deere. So I wouldn't be too worried.

the owner of that land lives in Morganton, NC according to the pickens county tax office.

Well idk if the guy rents it or just flat out lied to me. But all I know is I'm up there all the time and just about everyone else is too. I mean I ain't sayin it is legal. I'm just sayin I haven't heard of anyone gettin a trespassing ticket up there yet.

Then there is no point In posting anything online. Because the ONLY places that are truly legal to ride on are place you and ONLY you have permission from the owner of the land. Its their choice to go and they know the risks. I'm just providing info on places that I go.

The second post in this thread describes a legal place to ride, and there are many others in the state that would be perfect for what the thread starter is looking for. Posting illegal powerline trails for a newby to go out on is not good for our sport.

There are plenty of places in SC and NC to ride that are legal and thats what this thread is for.
