Richlands Road
Is Richlands Road (South of Blowing Rock off of 321) closed? There were several private road signs after the creek crossing. I ended up turning around. Is it possible to enter from the North end somewhere? I heard of people taking their Jeeps out there. I cannot find out any information on this place.
