Mopars at the beach 2014

I have been talking to and working with the coordinator for Mopar week in Myrtle BEach. We would like to build both the Jeep presence and overall participation of Mopar week. We had fun at the car show this year and I plan on participating more next year. I am working to get the Jeep numbers up and wanted to get a overall feel on weather people would like to participate. I am working on Jeep related sponsors, awards and venders as well. The goal is to grow and eventually do something like Jeep Beach. The dates are August 10-17, 2014. More information will follow. Any interest?

Let us know more details, there are plenty of jeeps in SC that would probably come down. Where do they do it in the dirty myrtle?

Here is an update. An off road event has been added!

Mopar Week - Mopars at the Beach kicks off for the third year starting August 10th and running to the 17th with events throughout the week. Some of the locations for Mopar Week are Planet Hollywood, Addys Harbor Dodge, House of Blues, Hooters NMB, Myrtle Beach Speedway, Wheels of Yesteryear, Battery Park Off Road Park, Hard Rock Café, The Carolina Tavern, Inlet Square Mall and other places in and around the Myrtle Beach area.

The Mopar Week crew would like participants to have a chance to enjoy their vacations at the beach, as well as having locals come check out the event. We are excited about this event returning to the area and hope you spend a week in Myrtle Beach with us!

All event details for the 2014 Mopar Week – Mopars at the beach can be found at or .

Also, Subscribe to the official Mopar Week Facebook page at or search “Mopar Week” on Facebook to get current updated information on event changes or updates during Mopar Week – Mopars at the beach.

I might could swing down there for a few days. My fiancee has a condo in Murrells Inlet, SC and we go down a lot. The only thing that might keep me from going is, I work both weekends of that week, off 12-15, but my better half is a school teacher and will be working during the week. Might try to get down on my own for a day or two though.
