Greenville/Anderson area

I have a job interview with Michelin in Anderson next week. Wondering what kind of area it is. Everything I've read online makes it out to be a nice place to live.
Wife has a MA in Education. Would she have an easy time finding work?
We are looking to move because the economy and pretty much everything else about east Kentucky sucks.

I like Greenville. I'm not sure how many jobs in Education there are available. There is a lot around here, so finding work should be easier than other parts of the country.
