I've got my brother's jeep in Charleston this weekend. Pretty stock with 2"BL, 2"Coil Spacers and 33x12.5's. I'd like to meet a few local jeepers and hit some trails. Anyone got Charleston wheeling plans this weekend?

We have a group going to Uwharrie this Friday.
You're welcome to come.
I'm sure you figured it out, but there's nothing here...So we gotta go elsewhere.
Ricky
If you go, look for us:

It is about a 4.5 hour drive and the trails are very do-able in a jeep with minimal mods..
Don't worry about keeping up with us... I am very calm now and certainly don't use my jeep to it's potential..
Mostly, we just go and have a good time..
Just about every obstacle has a go-around.
If it is raining, than all bets are off, it gets slick..

Come to one of our Lowcountry Jeep Club meetings.
We meet 2nd Tuesday of the month at Sonic on Rivers Ave North Charleston.
We have a Facebook page now.

Ricky

I hope you guys enjoyed Uwharrie. I couldn't do that drive this weekend. I just joined the FB page and I'll try to make it to Sonic on the 13th. What time?

Hey guys, Mike from Maryland checking in. Looking to relocate to the Charleston/James Island area around Jan... Just wanted to see how the off road scene is down there? Also how is SC in regards to lifted vehicles?

SC doesn't care what you do to your car... at all.

Absolutely no lift laws, inspections, emissions, etc. You can pretty much get away with anything. Offroad scene is getting better as we get more places to wheel. Best place is gulches offroad park in laurens about 2 hr from charleston.
