Just looking for some jeepers in and around Charleston, SC. Should have the jeep back down there by the spring. Want to make sure there are some people to do some wheelin with. Also, looking for some good spots. Most the spots I hit with my buddies in high school were illegal...and I don't need any trouble!

Palmetto Jeep Club
Look for the "Palmetto Jeep Club". they're a very active group with parades and giving back to the community and go on rides to the Francis Marion National Forest often. I just moved from Summerville, SC to west Tennessee in December. Oh i miss the Lowcountry so much!!

I'm in Murrells Inlet (2 hours or so north), and Mitchinthetrail is from Summerville, give either of us a ring once you've got everything ready to roll and we'll figure out a day good for us all to meet up and explore Francis Marion a bit

Hey guys. I live in Ladson/Summerville area. Id love to meet up with some new people to go wheelin with. I had a group of friends that I used to go with but they have all got stationed somewhere else within the last year so I don't know many more people with Jeeps and such. Hit me up!

Got my LJ about a month ago. I live in Charleston. Waiting till I get my next paycheck for a lift and some tires. I'm down to ride. I'm fairly new to Charleston so I don't know of too many trails.

The Lowcountry Jeep Club meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month at Sonic on Rivers Ave at 6:30 or 7:00pm ( I forget ).
If the weather is bad we go to the Mexican restaurant just 2 doors down.
Since we really don't have many legal places to play, our club usually plans a trip to URE or the Gulches monthly.
Come see us this Tuesday April 12th.....

Gonna throw myself in here too. I'm dying to find some legal places to play around here, seems like they don't exist. You'd think somebody with a deep wallet would want to capitalize, the swamplands of the lowcountry could make for some interesting terrain...
I'd love to go to the Sonic meetings, but sadly I work second shift so that's not possible right now.
