April 30, 2011 Spring Offroad Festival

Proceeds Benefit the CF foundation of South Carolina

$15 per entry for participants Spectators are Free

9:00 AM - Registration Opens
10:00 AM - Show begins and RTI and Teeter Totter open
10:30 AM - RC Rock Crawl at Center Stage
11:00 AM - Bone – In Food Truck Arrives
12:00 PM - Judging Starts for Show & Shine
2:00 PM – Judging Ends for Show & Shine
2:30 PM – Prize Drawing Begins
3:30 PM – Winners Announced for Show and Shine, Teeter Totter, and RTI Challenge
4:00 PM – End of Show

Activities:
Show and Shine Competition with 4 Classes
(stock, Rock Crawler, Beater, Expedition Ready]
-RTI Ramp Competition
-Vendor Prize Drawing
-Entrants will receive one ticket for Prize Drawing
-Spectators receive a ticket for drawing with donation to CF foundation

We have tons of prizes for the vendors prize drawing, right now we have Amsoil oil and filters, an SYE kit, Gift Certificates for Driveshafts, Tow straps, Bikini tops, Gift certificates for bedliner installation, and MORE Come on out for a great time and help support a good cause.

definitely come on down and bring your friends. All proceeds go to the CF foundation. We have alot of prizes and we will have the RTI ramp competition and a 4x4 teeter totter to play on!!!

I'm working on getting an RC crawler competition for the afternoon.

Just got off with Skip @ Gulches ORV Park, He will be at the show with a vendor tent letting people know about the park. He has also donated some shirts and ride passes to the prize giveaway!!! THANKS SKIP!!!

Ok, Oreilly auto parts donated a car wash kit as did Advance Auto Parts THANKS FOR THEIR SUPPORT OF CF Foundation!!!





I also spoke with Love Chevy and looks like they may be making a donation and bringing a Truck to play at the show

Land Rover Columbia is on board to make a prize donation and bring a decked out rover as well!!!

I will update when I get more info from Love Chevy and Land Rover of Cola.

Its getting to be crunch time, I'm trying to figure out a way to entice people to pass out flyers.
