As of right now I do not think I will be able to make it. Shipping a vehicle that far will likely cost me over $1500 each way.

If somehow things change and I can get there for much cheaper I will let everyone know

I may be interested in going on this trip. I have room for a 2nd jeep on my gooseneck if i do decide to go out.

Earlier in the thread you were talking about hitting Moab on the way out. Have you considered riding the Paiute ATV trail as well? It's halfway between Moab and Tahoe. There are about 2000 miles of trails there. The primary trails are just small mountain dirt roads - but darn if it's not beautiful! Lush forest up on the mountains. You'll ride in snow up until late July in the mountain shadows (about 11,000ft) The more difficult trails are off the primary ones. It's all BLM land, so you can go about anywhere you like. I usually stay in Marysvale UT. Not much there, but VERY nice people.

Sign me up. The jeep has a long way to go before I'm Rubicon ready but at least it gives me a timeline. I'll most likely be trailering from NC.

Yep -- It's a stunning place to ride. You can rent the RZR's for $200 a day.
