FYI, I may not be able to make this trip myself, looks like this year is kind of a bust so I HOPE we can re-create the dynamics we had on the 2013 Moab trip next year. Let's all get our stuff together and start planning early!

Im on it like white on rice. I think Colorado would be a great trip but more planning is needed since we can't just setup camp and be in the same spot all week like Moab.

I'm looking into several trails that we can wheel camp then drive to the next, wheel, camp and repeat.

I can help out with that Lu. I've got spots we can fit a lot of us.

Do you know of campgrounds that have showers perhaps? If we do camp for multiple days showers will be needed

Ok so Rubicon/Fordyce runners, where are you all planning to leave your truck/trailer for each trail?

I won't know if I can go probably until the week before so I'm just going to prepare anyway.

The start of Fordyce has a staging area. Truck and trailer should be ok there for a day or two days.
It's only a brutal 12 miles Was looking in the Charles Wells book. Looks like so much fun. Bit of a drive to get back out so 37's it will be

If anyone needs a co-pilot, I'd love to join. Beer, gas money, and any other supplies included. I just moved out to San Francisco.

Nope. I wasn't going out there all by myself. I kept asking if anyone from the east coast was going and no one replied. The only committed ones I see are west coast people.
