Richland rd in Boone

I was hopeing someone on here could tell me if Richland rd was open to the public or u would have to know a land owner to ride ride there. Me and a few friends been wanting to go. But dont want to wast the time goin if it anit open to the public.

I've seen quite a few posts about richland road, so either everyone is trespassing or its open to the public.

It's open they just don't want to admit it. Ignore the stupid signs posted saying otherwise. We go frequently (we live about 20 minutes from it).
