Oh ok. Hickory/Lenoir area? That's only like 2.25 hours from me. What are the trails like.

Hey folks, my son and I would like to join the ride, but what's all this talk about private land owners telling people to stay out? I haven't been up to Richland Rd in a while so just wondering.

If you stay on the main trail you'll be fine just don't go off on any of the side trails those are private land.

Tomorrows so close!!
Tonight, be sure the vehicles are in working order, geared up and ready to go. bring some water or drinks, some snacks if you want. Also could everyone bring some trash bags for us and in case there is trash on the trail we can do our part and clean up a little.

If theres any last minute questions, dont hesitate to ask on here or text me.

See you all tomorrow!!

Does anyone know anything about the abandoned houses on Penley rd? I came out that way(only way I could figure how to get out) I was actually able to use my GPS to get find a way out. But it's a weird ghost town out there. I Did see a sing on a pole that said something about some land owners wanting to rebuild and there taking donations to regravel Penley rd.
