Looking for trails close to Asheville, NC?

Hey everyone, I am a new TJ owner looking for some wheelin spots in the Asheville area... Anyone know of any good spots?

Not much around Asheville thats legal...The closest places are Hurricane Creek (Forest Service road off of I-40 mile marker 8), The Flats (Private off-road park in Marion, NC), The Gulches (Off-road park in Laurens SC), Coal Creek (Off-road park, Oak Ridge, TN).

Look up around Grandfather Mt. there are some state own forest land up there. I live in Jville we use to ride 4wheelers up there. Makes for nice weekend. Google Pisgah National Forest.

Maybe we could get a group together one day and go. I am only about 45 mins from Asheville

Uwharrie National Forest is about the best NC has to offer, though I don't know how it is from asheville.
