hi i am originally from new york but go to college down here in Belmont before i came down to school i lifted my jeep xj but waited to last minute to do it and ran out of time before i could trim the fenders and other little things. was wondering if there would be anyone out there that had tools and a spare weekend to give a college kid a hand. i am also looking to try to find some people to wheel with its been so long since my jeep has been muddy and it just doesn't feel right.
hey man. my membership ran out and i havent renewed yet so i got a email saying that you tried to message me but my inbox was full so i didnt get the actual message. ive cleared the inbox so you can resend the message or just post a reply on this thread. winston is a ways away from belmont so i dont know if i can be too much help but ill do whatever i can. also unfortunately there arnt toooo many places to wheel around here legally but sometime we should all take a weekend trip to uwharrie.
hey i need to trim the fenders on my jeep cherokee it rubs every time i make turns and occasionally when i hit big bumps i was going to do it before i came down her but other things came up and had to go back to school before i had the chance i was wondering if you would have some time to give me a hand and lend me some tools to get this done some weekend.
About an hour I believe and I will have no problem driving to you and it's just to trim the xj fenders in the front and do the cut and fold in the rear I can post some pictures later tonight for you to see what it looks like
Will do. I'm going to Boone this weekend but maybe the following weekend or something. Trimming the front and folding the pinch seam in the rear is easy. Folding the rear is a bit more tricky especially if you want it to look perfect.
