We try and go at least once a month. Asheville is not far from Marion and we usually find places less than an hour from where we meet around Asheville.

Bumpass is new to us and can get hairy. The places we usually go can be done in a stock rig.

I got new (to me) tires and wheels off Craig's List. Keep your eyes open there are pretty good deals out there to get you up and going. It also gives you the chance to see exactly how you want your rig to end up.
