im down in the morehead city area stationed at the coast guard base...we should put together a meet and greet sometime soon.....and also i would like to know where me and a buddie of mine can go trail test our rigs....i heard of the powerlines and tank trails, but i am unsure of where they are located.

im deployed right now but from new river theres really no place to wheel power lines if they catch u u get ur rig towed tank trails gave out tickets right before i left uwharrie is a great place it worth the ride i heard some thing about a meet up at flaming amies in wilmington i think ?? theres a group on wrangler forum that meet up but they meet closer to raleigh i hope that helps if anyone does a meet up they i'll show when i get back someone keep me posted !

Im in Jax...but i just got my cj and it has a bit to go yet before its mudhole ready but i got a great deal on it...Anybody have any boggers or nice all terrains for sale...lookin for 33x12.50's or bigger? Thanksalot

i've been to the powerlines alot and the other day a cop stopped by and just make sure noone was drinking lol

Hate to be a downer but.......Uhwarrie is closed Dec. To April. If u want to go, u need to go before Thanksgiving!

hey everyone


new guy coming to Jacksonville in about 2 weeks. looking to meet up with some local guys. i will be getting stationed at Camp Lejeune.


i am a west coast guy who likes rocks. my rig is built mostly for west coast desert and rock terrain. the only thing ive seen so far close to Jville is Uwharrie. am i correct?

uwahrrie for the most part is 2 wheel drive if u have a built rig and can drive still very fun and great camping lets keep this thread alive so we can all have a meet up
