I went to Low Range 4x4 in Wilmington. So far i don't have any complaints.

I stopped by their shop and they seemed like a joke. WAY overpriced, they only take cash(seems shady) and i just overall didn't get a good feeling about them.

This.

Stopped for parts and some insight a couple times, its sad when I know more about the build they are doing than they do. Prices were beyond ridiculous. I would steer clear. I'm not saying anything derogatory about them, I just didn't get anything close to a warm and fuzzy from anyone there

Don't do it anywhere around the base. Nowhere legal to go. Lots of people wheel, lots of people get caught and ticketed. There have been a rash of "anonymous" tips when people are wheeling resulting in tickets and I know of 2 vehicles being towed away for safety violations.
