Hurricane creek

Does anyone want to hit up hurricane creek up north of Asheville on Sunday August 5th in the afternoon? I have church in the morning so I cant go sooner. A friend just got a sweet Wrangler, and I have yet to do anything in my Cherokee and we would like some introductory trails. I would love to get a few people to go with us to make a few friends and get some offroad pointers. Hopefully a few of you can make it!

Hurricane Creek trail sounds like it is a fairly easy trail to ride. I've heard stock jeep can make it up with no problem but still offers lots of fun spots. The trail is up on I-40 on mile marker 8.

Stock jeeps do well up there. There are a couple of spots where a good spotter and a little experience will keep the tow rope in the back. Don't go alone if you haven't been much or before.

Unfortunately I'm not sure if I will be able to go this Sunday. Chick-Fil-A called me in 6 hours early(we were slammed) which did not allow me to finish a few things that I would like to get finished. Keep it updated if there is a group going, it would be a last minute thing if I can go but will let you know.
