High Rock Lake/Uwharrie, NC cliff jumping?

I know you can swim in the lakes (High Rock, Tuckertown and Badin lakes) but are there any spots to cliff jump? I've heard there are but no one can seem to describe exactly where.

go to lake tillery its part of the of the same lake system but is closest and goes next to uwharrie. Ive seen spots there on boat where one could cliff jump and depth finder on boat was 30+ feet
