Headed to Goldsboro soon

Will be moving to Seymour-Johnson AFB. Are there any Jeep/4x4 clubs in the area around or really anywhere in NC? Prefer a club relatively active obviously. Its been way too long since my jeep has been dirty. There just aren't any good trails here in the panhandle of FL

Welcome to NC, I don't know of any clubs in Goldsboro but there are a lot of groups that get together and head to Uwharrie or OBX from time to time. Check out NC4x4 (http://www.nc4x4.com/forum/index.php), they have a list of clubs at the bottom of the page.

Oh and if you are just wanting to get some dirt on your Jeep there used to be a few trails on Arrington Bridge Rd that we would go to, it isn't anything crazy but it is something to check out if you're bored. It has been awhile since I've been down there so the power company may have blocked the trails off but I don't know for sure.

I'm new to the forum, but been here at seymour for a while. There really isn't any long trail riding around here. There are a few mud holes to play in, but the
power lines that biggn235 is talking about have a gate now, there used to be a back way in. But I'm not sure if it is still open. I have a friend that could tell
you a few place if you like. Anyway welcome to seymour.
