The Flats - Marion NC January 4-6

Anyone going to the Flats in a couple weeks? Heard they are having a big event up there, should be a lot of wheeling going on.

Myself and a couple buddies are probably going, bringing about 5 rigs total.

I was just about to post this in the events section but my file was too large!

I will be there for sure Saturday! I am a terrible camper and considering I only live 40 minutes away, If I come back Sunday or Friday, I'll probably just drive! Look forward to seeing everyone there!

Be on the look out for the red wrangler with red wheels!

So far forecast is clear and sunny, but a little cold. Looking forward to this, that's for sure.

It's been raining for 2 days here, about an hour east of Marion, so it should be good and muddy for us lol

I think I saw you there today, I was in a stock ZJ with black wheels and 31s. I didn't really get a chance to walk around and talk to anyone, I got there a lot later than my group, so we were on the trails from about 2 till dark. I enjoyed the hell out of it, my little stock rig really surprised me. Hopefully by their next event (4/19-21) ill have it locked and lifted.

Might ride back up tomorrow. is there usually still people there in Sunday or do they start heading out early?
