Blowing Rock NC Trail?

Has anyone done this trail?

Does anyone know if it is open or how to get there, or difficulty level or anything?

I can't see You Tube at work but are you talking about Richlands?? It's close to Boone but not actually IN Boone.

Yep definitely Richland Rd. Been there many, many times. It is a very easy trail, I did it in a 100% stock YJ and never had a problem. It is open and is right off of 321.

These are all pictures from Richland, I live about 5 minutes away so we go very often.

I have a ton of pictures, if you want to see more just go to my Cardomain page.

Turn on Richland Road off of Hwy 321. It's about 1/2 way down the mountain or if going up, pass the last store on the right and it's the next road.

I tried to find this place last weekend but I couldn't. Granted I don't know the area well. My family and I stayed in a cabin up off of Shulls Mill road, and I took that road down into Blowing Rock, right near the speckled trout and Mellow Mushroom and that area. The place we rented from was located near there. I drove around for awhile but didn't have my laptop and couldn't find it. Was I anywhere close?

You were on the wrong side of Blowing Rock. From Blowing Rock get on 321 and go south towards Lenior, it will be on the left before you get to the first gas station outside of town.
