This side of Erwin, TN about 40 to 45 mins from weaverville.
Edit:

Not far from Wolf. You can roll with us and catch a night run on the wolf.

Meant to ask this earlier....

I know on the msg's of the last run there was kid talk, as far as some would be there. I'll probably have mine with me, any issues with that? Is anyone else bringing along the kiddo's?

Oh WoW!
Cooper is going to be in an extra curricular activity so I'll be solo this trip. I'll look for the pink walkie talkies so your navigators can feel welcome. Are you sure Bumpass is a good retry for them?

Yes it's open to all. But my rule is only jeeps pull out jeeps. 1fuddymucker has a different approach.

Update on trail ride 3-3-12

Just called the TN unaka district rangers office about bumpus cove, they say this trail is closed from jan 15th thru march 18th.

We will now be going to hurricane creek trail off of I-40, will meet at canton bojangles near ken wilson ford & leave around 8:30. This is not as tough as bumpus but is very fun with lots of areas to play at. All are welcome to join us.

According to the forcast on WLOS....looks like a rainy start to the day, with on/off rain for a couple days before. Sat. looks to be 62 degrees with a 40% chance of rain. Should be a nice muddy mess with swollen creeks! Woohoo! lol
