Whats the best place in Kentucky?

Im in southern Indiana and have been to the badlands in Attica but no where else. Considering taking a trip down to Kentucky for some wheelin. Just wondering what the best places are there. So anyone that has been to them let me know your opinions and some pics if you got em. The websites just dont show me enough to make a decision.

There is interlake which is in lynnville IN. It is run by the indiana DNR. (yes I know its actually in indiana but southern indiana). There is also HillznHollarz in lockport KY. It is a good place with easy to advacned trails. I would say most are moderate trails.

HillznHollarz isnt too far. Its doable in a day. I might just give that a try. Dont know about the 3rd though since we might be in Illinois for the long weekend. If not then Im in. Depends on what I feel like after making the trip back there this weekend.

Harlan looks like a good time. 5 hour drive so a cabin would probably be in the plans for that. If the grandparents can watch our boy for the whole weekend(hes too young to wheel, 5 months old), we might go down in the spring. Maybe march/february.

harlan is amazing, but like you said you couldnt make just a day trip out of it. long drive to and from. Hillz N Hollarz is an awesome spot as well as the gorge area. Have fun!!

Where are the trail heads at the Gorge? I've read about how it but cant find out how to get there. I've hike the gorge and natural bridge many times...even jumped off 20 ft rocks into the creek but i've never seen people wheelin'.

Somebody help me out?

I'll bring this old dead thread back to life.......

There are two new offroad parks in the Henry and Owen Counties. Off I-71 between Louisville and Cincinnati. Horseshoe Bend is in Owen County, and Mud Madness is in Henry County. If you remember the old Hillz n Hollarz, you will remember the awesome trails. Anyway, Mud Madness is on same land, there is no connection to the old H&H except it's the same land. Horseshoe Bend has an awesome crew running it, the landscape is beautiful, they have a little of everything. I haven't been to Mud Madness, yet, so I don't have a lot of information to provide.

Theres also another new park in ky called Rush Offroad Park. 7000 acres of trails from mild to wild. Ive been out 6 times so far and havent even touched half of the trails. Creeks, rocks, hill climbs, mud, great views and easy to find and is close to civilization! !!.

I have not even been on the trails at all in 2013 :-(

Heard about Rush OHV Park, but it is a haul from Louisville. I like to visit different OHV Parks.
