Cental Kentucky

I'm new to the area and looking for a good place to go out and get dirty near Lexington, Ky. We went to Red River and camped over the summer, but I just want a short day trip to have some fun over the holiday weekend, any help is appreciated.

I just got back from a trip to Harlan, KY. Next to the TN VA borders. GREAT place with a rock garden right next to the trail entrance, a little ways up the mountain, and a "can opener" at the top of the mountain. Long way down if you break something there.

AND!! The place was free to wheel! I picked up lots of trash while I was out and threw it in the passenger floorboard. I filled up a full 55 gallon drum after I got back with all the crap I picked up.

I live in Richmond and Livingston is a good place to run. I think its like exit 41 off I-75. Not to bad of a drive. More rock crawling than mud though. I dont know what kind of jeeping you like to do.

We are out of the Lexington, Richmond, London area with monthly rides. We did Slade last weekend and Crommers on Friday.

The tranny is still stock. That is way easier to explain than all the mods.
