This was an area that was going to be developed into a transport hub a few years back but nothing came of it. It is on the way to Harlan, on the right on US 119 about 8-10 miles from Pinevile. You turn right on a new bridge that doesn't go anywhere.

Last time I was in Harlan I blew right by it, there was no signage to let you know it existed.

I think the sign goes up and down. I've seen it a couple of times on my way down and then other times there isn't a sign (or I'm zoned out... who knows).

The park is mostly geared towards ATVs and isn't as challenging as Black Mountain, however it's a great place to wheel for those who aren't quite built enough for Harlan.

I live 8 miles from the park and ride it often. Would love to get some jeep guys together and ride for a day. I mostly just do it alone or with some friends with ATVs or any type of 4x4. It's not s bad place for a family ride most of the challenging stuff is either mud hold or trails that are tighter. Hit me up I'd be willing to show a group around.

This time of year is beautiful with all the leafs changing. This park sits next to the Cumberland Gap National Park if your into the scenery it's as good as it gets. Also a trail that leads to Hensley Settlement in the CGNP. I plan on hitting the trails the last weekend of the month prob on a Sunday.
