Windrock is awesome and is probably by far the best wheeling in TN you can go easy or hard core trails.

Wow that's pretty rare! Especially being they claim they are open 365 days a year. That would have sucked if anything happened to you out there all alone!

Land Between the Lakes is free if you stick to the old numbered fire roads. A backwoods camping permit will only cost you $15. If you want more than that then Turkey Bay is only $15 for a weekend pass and $60 for the year.

Welcome to TN, the patro state of shooting stuff. Lots of god places around the state depending on where your at. As far as wheeling, find some damn locals, they will take you to some mud. What part of the state are you in?

Oh, I see, your over in East TN, near the Haiawasse, you need a CANOE! IF you get over to middle, I can put you on some good shooting places, private and public. As far as wheeling, I can throw a rock and hit LBL and there a few places close to here localy, Like Wolf pit, lower Hurricane Creek and Lower end of white oak. Better fishin and huntin here than wheeling.

Lol yeah the river is pretty much right in front of my house. I think the furthest I have been out that way for wheeling is lewis chapel in dunlap.

We have a small pack of JeepIR8s over here on the TN river about one county down from the KY line. We are pretty much right at LBL, lots of good fishin and Huntin over here. TWRA Shooting facility about twenty mins away, 5 skeet ranges, 3 bow ranges 100 yrd rifel, 400 yrd rifle and a pistol range all in the same place. Hell, we even have a golf cart forthe 400 to run targets with.
