What to do in Memphis, TN ????????

Hello,
I am flying to Memphis TN, but I am actually going to be staying in Southaven, MS for the weekend. Just wondering if any of you guys/girls are from around there and can tell me what are some good things to see, visit, good restaurants etc. Any help will be great!!!!!! Thanks

Walk down Beale and get loaded first. Makes the process a bit easier to deal with.

fried chicken = Guss's
lunch food = Blue Monkey

all are within walking/trolley distance of beale.
