TURKEY BAY, its part of the Land between the Lakes park in KY. There are a few parks near Knoxville as well.

That would be a bit of a haul. Not sure what kind of trails you are looking for but you have Aetna Mountain (look on youtube, it's famous), Big Fork which is on the back side of Signal Mountain, Lewis Chapel on Flat Top Mountain all about 45 minutes or less from you. If you go towards Marion County you have the cove. There are several spots there each with it's own name but I just grouped them together to simplify things. I'm about 10 minutes outside Chattanooga and know several in Cleveland that I ride with and we try to go at least twice a month.

I got that Jeep thing now it hurts when I pee.

Lewis Chapel and Big Fork can be done on 31s by a decent driver as long as you stay on the main trails. We'll get some rides together first of the year and I'll try to let you know.

What all has been done to your XJ, don't want to invite you out on too crazy of a ride cause we do those sometimes.

Not a problem. My little brother has 31s on his ZJ and keeps up so you should be fine. Call Ringgold Offroad when you're ready for tires, they get the Mickey Thompson MTZs in blems and sell them cheap.

If you get the Maxxis get 32s cause they run small.
