Looking to explore trails around chattanooga. I like prentice cooper and have been to aetna a few times as well as some forest service roads near armuchee. Would enjoy discovering some new places to ride.

I ride with a few guys who live in Ringgold. You should come riding with us sometime.

All right guys... Going to try the Cove again the weekend of Feb 23.

Most of the riding is easy to medium, but we will be playing around in some of the tougher creekbeds too (totally optional).

Should be fun. I do suggest rocker protection though

It takes most all day to get from one end to the other (South to North) if you just go straight through without hitting any of the side trails, caves, or sight seeing. East to West is almost as big.

Lots of history there too. Great place. There are about 6 Jeeps going. 9 if I can get the other 3 guys in this thread to go

Sounds good. The warning about the rockers doesn't mean damage is guaranteed... but there are some big rocks there. And I've never seen you guys drive

I've been up there is my TJ. I'd rather have them and not need them than get up there and ruin my rockers

This is a video we shot several years ago at the Cove. It was a nasty, rainy day... and this video is of one of the climbs leading out of the valley.

I was in the white XJ (open in front and 33's at the time)

Looks like fun. In a few spots I'm sure my rockers would take a hit. I'm in for the 23rd. Who owns all the land there?
