need help in chattanooga area

Im not very electrical savy and im having quite a time rattling my brain on wiring my windshield mounted lights. anyone in the chattanooga area care to lend some expertise?

What's up? You got them wired and they don't work, or you aren't sure where to start?

02-TJ 3spd Auto, Locked Up, 35"MTRs, and some other stuff that keeps me out of trouble...

finally got it. the extra 12 volt wired had my brain rattled. i didnt want to pull the dash just to connect a single wire.
