I heard that it was, and that the "owner" challenged some people with a gun and cell phone at the entrance calling the police.

Although that is just hearsay.

I jave heard from two different sources, that lewis is becoming a hassle to go to, because of police servalaince and absolutely no parking on the side of the road or your vehicle will be towed or you have to pay the tow guy anyway for comin out. I also heard that a Guy on cj forum goes there every weekend for 2 days and says its never a problem. Im guessin its all a time of day thing.

I went right around New Year's for the first time. Ran into some local people who were apparently going to the hill to party. I didn't have any trouble while I was there, but I drove also, so no need to park anywhere. I've heard that's the biggest issue.
