Va Beach area vehicle access to beach?

We are headed down to Va Beach next week and was wondering if there are any beaches in the area if Va Beach that allow vehicles on the beach.

None that I know of. I haven't checked everywhere but most of the beaches in VA have been off limits for years.

NC is a different story though.

Skip Va Beach! It's a **** hole. ~2 hours away you can drive on the beach in NC. Take 158 across the Wright Memorial bridge to Kitty Hawk, then take 12 North towards Corolla. Follow it until your tires are in the sand and you can see the ocean. You'll be on Carova Beach. There's about 11 miles of beach to drive on. Enjoy!

Yeah all the sand is off limits here. Like they said above in the Outer Banks only a few hours away is a bunch of beach thats open to driving.
