Shoe Creek?

Lookin for the closest public trail to Norfolk, Ive seen some thread about Shoe Creek. Can someone tell me how to get there. Is it run through and organization or do I just show up and drive? Also are there certain hours and days, I cant use it? Any info would help thanks!

Flatlanders... Have a big fenced in corner with a few old cars outside and that whole building attached is ours. I am usually up there in the afternoons, you will see my white truck or jeep outside.

It started off as an old hot rod shop my buddy used to work in while he went to ODU. The owner decided to retire and my buddy bought it from him a few years ago. In the last couple of years, he wanted to expand from just hot rod restoration and media blasting... so I started his 4wd and fab shop. We have a full fab shop with plasma table, tube bender, metal shear, press brake, band saws, migs & tig welding etc. We do everything from little stuff like custom fire extinguisher mounts, we are working on a custom TJ front bumper right now, to full builds. We are doing a solid front axle on an 89 dakota this winter.

Well I will soon be in the market for a new bumper since the plastic one on the front of my ZJ is crap.
