Reputable off road shop in Central VA?

I'm looking for a place to do a re-gear to 5.13 on 35's on a 2009 Rubi in Central VA. I've called 3 places so far and haven't felt that great about it. Without naming names here were my 3 results:

Shop 1) Said 5.13 for 35's is way too much. Stick with 4.10's. If I wanted to go ahead with it, price was $2600 total.
Shop 2) Price was $1900 but said they don't do much work on Wranglers
Shop 3) Left 2 voicemails and emailed with no reply

Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks!

Used to live in Charlottesville. The names I was told to use up there were:
Mad Matz Unique Jeep in Green County
Axis Fabrication in Zion CrossRoads.

Never used them myself but got positive reviews from some of our members.

Independent 4x was always the preferred shop near RVA when I was there. It's in Mechanicsville, IIRC, and gears are their specialty.
