Lynchburg VA & surrounding areas

Soooo, the beginning of January I'll be moving to Lynchburg, VA for school and was wondering how many of you are in the area and if there are good places to wheel nearby.

I'm going to miss windrock!

I went to Liberty too! Good school in my opinion. I am north in Charlottesville now but would have no problem showing you some of the trails around here. Always looking for new guys to wheel with. Let me know once your here and settled.

I appreciate that. I'll pencil you in and let you know. Pretty much anytime I'm not busy with school I'll be up for some wheeling.

holly old thread resurrection batman! lol
btw, if there are people with a good jeep fab mindset in this area, i wanna meet up at some point and discuss some armor, bumper, cage ideas. i do a lot of 3D design, but don't really have anybody to discuss pros and cons or get fresh ideas.
this is one of the latest ones i designed for my buddy's TJ. i haven't started building it yet. yall are welcome to copy it.

few questions, are you going to put light tabs on it? and can a winch squeeze in there?

i still need to get a tubing bender, so it's gonna be a little while.
but yeah, i know what you mean about the bumper. he wanted it to look unique and be able to mount a winch. he also wants me to do a redskins logo right on the top of the stinger.
this is what we started off with

My Wife went to Liberty and is from there. We go there once a month to visit her parents. Its a great place. Would like to meet up and go offroading while I'm over that way.
