Nothing legal unless you know someone with private land. I can tell you a few mud holes in Norfolk and Chesapeake but only if you pm me. The closest legal place would be shoe creek and the others around it in the gwnf

Other than this trail at starr motors there really is nothing around us. I know of a bunch of mud holes around us but nothing like what you will find at Starr. :-)

Yeah it's behind the dealership. Deff worth checking out if you've never been before. People wait along time to be able to climb the rocks, dig through the mud, traverse the hills, etc. It's really cool! Text me when you show up and I'll show you around (757)338-3530. Dan

Alright, I sure will if I make it. Are the trails out there rough? I mean, my jeep is my DD so If I did do it next time it wouldn't mess it up bad right?

Mine is my DD also. The trails range from small dirt hills all the way to a trail they call the dentist's chair (because so far no vehicle has made it up, and the ones that tried have all broken multiple teeth off of their ring and pinion) LOL there are definitely a bunch of obsticals that a stock 4wd jeep can do but there are obsticals that are challenging for even the highest of modified vehicles. Actually I wouldnt really call it "trails" because it is more of an obstical course. The best part about it is that the service center at Starr Motors can perform any upgrade to your jeep or off road vehicle and then you can take it out behind their shop and test out your new goodies!

Starr Motors is a good place to have some fun, I have a friend that has some private property to wheel on in Pungo, and another friend that has some property in Chesapeake. We also wheel in Crozet Va, and another friend has some private property to wheel up near Fredricsburg Va. Check us out at KMA Offroad Jeep club: http://www.kmaoffroad.org/index.php

Are they legal? There are a lot of places to go off road in Virginia, but most of them result in trespass tickets.
