This may be an option if we get enough interest.
My group Ohio 4x4 teamed up with Western Reserve 4x4 and camped there this past summer. I am also not sure if they had to pay the fire dept, but it was a nice sized flat field, and it is definitely a good idear to avoid them there yahoos of wellsville. Sometimes the people there remind me of deliverance... Other than that, wellsville is great. Lots of exits/entrances, so that if you break, you're never too far from a road. And the heavy duty trails are usually optional so you don't destroy your dd.

Dude, honestly I've gotten out twice since I bought the Jeep in July.

Best place ever I guess would be at my girlfriend's uncle's property in Pennsylvania....

I know what your talking about, I went to fireball most of the summer, because yankee's pits sucked, and I had a mud truck, so I wasn't too interested in the trails. but both are about 5-10 minutes from my house

Thats not bad for the price. I figured it must be big to have 3 miles of trails and monster trucks. Sounds like it might be a fun place to go.
