i am always looking for people to go offroading with. Not many around here take their jeeps or trucks off road so have a hard time finding people to wheel with.
I know of many trails around the area that are legal to take jeeps on.Some easy and some not so easy.lol.
When i take new people out i start on some easy trails and work our way up to the tougher trails.
Trail rides last most all day and we never on the same trail twice. bring the family its a great time out and fun for everyone.
from stock to slightly modified there are trails for every one.
i have 31 inch tires and go on all of them.
if anyone is interested just call me at 740-851-7472
i am in the chillicothe ohio area

We typically ride down there every couple of months. I know they are planning a ride this Saturday. The meet up at the gas station in Londonderry. Let me know if you want to go along and I'll get you their contact info.
Hey folks! I'm BRAND new to this jeep thing. Just bought my first one a couple weeks ago and when I get it ready really want to go along sometime. Can a stock 1998 5.9 limited ZJ with a BB and 30 or 31's handle the trails? I want to do the BB and Tires ASAP but it's my DD so I don't want to break it either! By the way if there is anyone in the Columbus/Dublin area willing to meet up and look over my ride and give some advice that would be GREATLY appreciated. I've started a "to do" list based on forum reading but someone experienced could probably open my eyes a bunch. I'd spring for some pizza or something to make it worth your while.
I'm new to jeeps.... just got my 02 Sahara about 5 months ago and would love to take it offroad. Would be looking for something pretty tame to pop my cherry. Always up for meeting new people. Been looking for something to do with the wife now that are kids are in college, thought a little trail riding might be fun. I'm in the Columbus area.
Also looking for a good reputable shop to do a gear change. Would appreciate any input you guys might have.
We've got around 1600 pictures from the last 3 rides down there. I can post some if you guys want an idea what the trails are like. We're planning mid-late December for Tar Hollow. I'll try to nail down a few dates to choose from after I get back from my New Mexico wheeling trip next week.
