Well, if the threat of rain is in the area I won't be there. No top on the jeep and I don't want to risk it. Plus, I've already had my daily shower

Well, the weather turned for the better today and there was a good turn out of old hot rods and new vettes. I got there a little after 4 PM so I wasn't able to gain access to the parking lot so I parked out in the road. I made my way towards a yellow macked out JK on steroids which belongs to 08killerb (Bob).
So while sitting at the outside bar having a few beers, a fricking slamming Bronco pulled up and parked two spots down from the yellow JK on roids. This was a sign from the Jeep gods that I needed to get Project 23 into the line up. I walked over and fired up Project 23 and took it over the tree lawn and parked it between 08killerb's JK and that saweeeeet Bronco. I got some people looking at me because of the way I got access, but it's a Jeep and they will get over it.
Anyways, we had a great time chatting about Jeeps (new and old) and I made a new Jeep buddy. This was great, but we need more people to come out to join us. It doesn't matter what year or condition of your rig nor does it matter if you belong to a Jeep club. Heck, I don't belong to any clubs and I'm out there. This is about a brother hood (and sisters are welcome) of Jeepers.....
Here's a few pictures of the day. Hoping to see more of you out there...

I might go up to Ace's for a bit tonight just to hang out. Actually, let's make that the Lone Tree which is right down the street. They have better pulled pork sandwiches. With the wife being out of town I have to fend for myself tonight for dinner. I will be up there around 6 PM......

Anybody wanna meet up at Quaker Steak on Sunday? The weather is supposed to clear out by Sunday. I would say to get there NLT 3 PM as they close off the parking lot to "hot rods". Now, I'm unsure how a brand new stock vette is a hot rod, but they're let in.
Anyways, I will park close to the outdoor bar so we can chill at the bar to throw back some brews and some grub.
If nobody responds letting me know they will be there, I will just chill at home with the wifey pooh.....
