great pics!
unfortunately i only have 2 good pics from the 100+ i took, camera needs repaired or maybe a cheap mod to fix it.
i rode the yellow friday and brown saturday, same as in '08, and was surprised at what a difference a 2"rebb, discos and 33's made over stock, i did not have any problems, and unfortunately didn't get to use my winch, maybe next year.
if anyone has more oics or the white rubi (in pic 3 above) please let me know.
looking forward to seeing you all again in '10.

I think this is you behind the unlimited getting strapped but I could be wrong. How did the Brown trail treat you on Saturday?

Here is a pick of the lineup for Yellow on Friday

hey steve,
that's me (kevin), but i didn't get strapped, the 4 door is getting strapped by blain.
the brown was a blast, a great mix of mud, rocks, logs, tight trees and boulders, only downside was the rain, i think it kept the cb chatter and interaction down a little.
btw, you should be proud, you drove that liberty with great finesse, talked to a few who had lots of lift on 35's and didn't get through without a strap.

I almost opted out of the brown on Saturday b/c the yellow was challenging on Friday...Ken convinced me that I'd be fine, so we did it.

It was a great trail; loved the big descent and running down then up the mountain at the end. I do need a better antenna for my CB though; that's what kept me out of the chatter.

I'll dig out my pics of your rigs tonight and post 'em here. I recognize most of the Jeeps above...and I agree, the Libertys & Cherokees did great on the trails.

Kevin, sorry didnt mean to imply you had to be strapped (may be I worded that wrong above) but for the record I watched you go through with no problems. Brown sounds like fun. If I get my Wrangler next year I think I will do yellow and brown. I had a great time and driving the liberty made it quite a challenge. I still cannot believe I made it through the entire weekend without being strapped or winched.

gills, i call that big descent pucker hill...
steve, no problem, and if you don't get that wrangler next year, just add a little lift and bigger tires, and with your driving ability, you'll have no problems.

Well I don't have many pics (down side to being a trail guide) but I did have some one snap a few of my Jeep.
