Dayton

Anyone in the Dayton know where to go? New to the area and am somewhat unaware of where to go. Thinking of haspin acres in Indiana sometime soon. Anyone up for that?

if u r willing to make the drive were having a meet and greet in columbus on 9/12. we do rides every month or so. if u want to network with a bunch of jeepers its a good spot to go. you can always find someone willing to go wheeling and find out about the next dates ppl are going out. as far as close to dayton - i dont know any spots. we mostly go to areas between cleveland and columbus, vinton, jackson, hocking counties and so on...

I came across an add on CL from the Dayton area and there was a posting for a place to wheel close by you.
Jeeps are welcome on the 2nd and 3rd weekend.
The guy told me it was OK to share his info.

I'm in West Carrollton.

Check out www.cincyoffroad.com as there are a lot of guys from Dayton on there too(myself included).

Haspin is less than an hour away(haven't been there myself yet)

Big Rock is about 2hrs away(3 in my Jeep... lol)

Bill's 491 is a very cool place too, I've been there only in the winter time with snow on the ground, was a lot of fun.

All the good places are in Kentucky and Indiana... Ohio is awesome due to the slack vehicle laws and proximity to some good stuff.

I'm thinking I'll be going to the Badlands in Attica, IN some time in the next couple months, probably late October for a weekend. Send me a PM if you want in on the trip whenever we set a date... I'm bad about remembering to check the regional forums.
