Central Ohio Meet and Greet
Just wanted to get the idea out there and see what people thought. If there are enough people, where and when to meet?

I would be interested. I do not see anyone getting together at all, so this would be a great idea.
I live a little south of Columbus.

Used to do meet ups all the time with my Colorado buddies at Quaker Steak and Lube off of 71 and at Dave and Buster's just off of 270. Both have pretty decent size parking lots and aren't overly crowded.
Makes it easy to drool over vehichles and shoot the breeze.

Hi - Fyi ...
You guys might want to consider getting together for our event this late fall 2011. We are hosting an off-road Jeep event here in our park ( www.pennscave.com). It will be the weekend of:
11/4-6/2011. We have donated the use of our 35 miles of private mountain off-road trails for this event. Also,, part of the registration fee's will be going to the www.wildlifeforeveryone.org foundation ... a great cause = "wildlife & the environment" ... treading lightly ,, of course
We are currently in the process of assembling an event team. Registration will open sometime in August for this event. Look for event info. in the Northeast post area of this forum (Pennsylvania). It will be listed either as "No Roads Necessary", etc. -or- as:
"The Howling Wolf Mountain Run - 2011" at Penn's Cave, PA ~~~

ps. Also - this will be a great event to attend even if you do not like to take your rig off-road. Convoy in with your jeep & family ... there will be a designated area (to park) for anyone who is not going out on the trails. Additionally ,, there is a semi off-road (gravel roads) beautiful scenic tour route through through a local state park that folks could go out on, too - (opposed to heading out on the "Howling Wolf" mountain off-road trails) ,, etc. ~~~

Let's decide on what part of the Great State of Ohio to have the M&G.
It looks like most are from central except for New Concord and Wheelersburg.
I know Wheelersburg is close to Portsmouth, not sure about New Concord.
Thoughts?
Oh sorry I just saw Zanesville.

The area around Brice Rd is not the best in town. Also, I am heading to the Jeep 4WD event in Columbiana, OH this weekend.
What about planning something a few weeks out? This way people can plan to drive and block out the time.
I vote for a pizza place.
New Concord, is that East of Columbus? If so then we have Wheelersburg to keep in mind his traveling miles.
What about Circleville, OH?

I really don't care where it is, just trying to get the ball rolling.
