They are now accepting registrations for the 2011 Candy Cane Cruise on East 185th St. Early registrants get goodie-bag and collectible ornament.

Looking forward to a great time.

The 2012 Candy Cane Cruise on East 185th St. is set for Dec 7th.

I hope to see a bunch of our Jeep friends there. In the past there have been so few Jeeps I'm beginning to wonder if their are any Jeeps at all on Cleveland's west side.

Instead of Jeeps showing off we had some of this...

Any car can Candy Cane Cruise -- but you gotta get as much open air as possible. So roll down those windows and open those sunroofs!

Is this just because, or does it benefit a charity or something?

It is to bring attention and foot traffic to East 185th Street and is sponsored by Northeast Shores, the local community development corporation which exists to create a better North Shores Collinwood for everyone to live, work, and visit. They are a non-profit organization that increases homeownership in the neighborhood and helps entrepreneurs bring their business ideas to market. Over the last 10 years, their activities have resulted in over $42 million in neighborhood investment.
