I emailed them already, waiting on a response. They live just about 10 miles away, so this would be easy. This is from the add:
Hey Cheap any reason why you passed on this one?

I got my freshly road force balanced tires installed and took it for a drive. It's much better than is was, and probably better than it's ever been. I went down the road that I got the wobble before and got nothing. I still need to lower the tire pressure, the outside tread block isn't even touching the ground.

I don't see any leaking on either seal right now. I got the oil all sloshed around, so I'll know for sure after it sits for a bit.

Must. Remember. To. Re. Torque. Lugnuts.

If the Jeep is back to 100%, I need to spend some time working on the truck. I have the brakes very close. Still need a little fiddling.

I need to mow my freaking lawn now. It's a jungle.

Good to hear Jason! Hopefully those seals behave and don't leak. The lawn is gonna get taller with the rain coming in. lol

New pictures of the jeep since the 4.5 x series lift kit. my updates of the lift kit is that i am very satified by rough country suspension lift kit. it rides nice and looks great/ i diffently recommend the 4.5 xseries kit.

Yeah, that was my thought -- get it done before it rains. Got the front taken care of. Maybe I'll have time to mow the back tomorrow.

If the next Jeep I get has a crappy paint job, I'm rattle canning the ****er flat black. Easy repairs.

I emailed the guy within a few hours of the person posting it on CL. I never got a response, and within 24 hours it was removed from CL. I think they got sellers remorse or someone got a jump on me, and a wicked deal.

Nice! Good to hear. I mowed my lawn Tuesday when it was cooler out, forget that when it warms up!

Pics of the truck NOW!

Arent you looking for one? Id jump on that for $6500...if it passes mechanical inspection.

There is no reason that jeep should still be for sale @ that price unless somethings wrong with it. A few red flags have been raised...

Also the original location was Davison, not Millington. Might be nothing.....
