New to Jeeps and 4x4s? Not sure what your 4x4 is capable of? Or do you know the basics but want hands-on training in safe winching and extraction practices?

Once or twice each year is our goal, hoping to do one in the fall in the Kzoo area too

Have you done these before? How is the turnout? I wouldn't mind tagging along, but it's graduation next weekend.

Usually we have 10-15 participants, but this time we used the local adult continuing ed program and the county's recreation program to do the advertising, and we still have spots to fill. DCER and GCPARKS are footing most of the bill, the cost to the participants is about half of what it normally is.

We had a good program today, and had a good time too. I was busy and did not get pictures, I'll have to see if I can get some from one of the other folks there.
